Welcome to Google Workspace Mastery
This program runs 10 weeks — from opening your very first Google account to genuinely fluent, professional use of the entire Google Workspace suite: Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar, and Forms. By Week 6, you'll be doing real data analytics inside Google Sheets — pivot tables, lookups, and answering real business questions with real data.
Twice a week you'll have a live 45-minute session with your tutor — hands-on, working through real documents, spreadsheets, and workflows together, not a lecture.
Why Google Workspace, specifically
Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) is used by well over 3 billion people and is the standard office toolset at a huge share of companies, schools, and organizations worldwide — genuinely one of the most universally useful, immediately employable skill sets that exists. Nearly every office job, from an entry-level administrative role to running your own business, assumes real comfort with these exact tools.
What "mastery" actually means by the end
Not just "I know where the buttons are" — genuine fluency: building a professional document without hesitating over formatting, building a spreadsheet that actually analyzes real data instead of just holding numbers, and running a real workflow (a shared Drive folder, a Form collecting real responses, a Sheet automatically summarizing them) that would genuinely work inside a real team or business.
How the 10 weeks are structured
- Week 1 (this week): Your Google account and Drive — the foundation everything else sits on
- Weeks 2–3: Google Docs, from a first document to real collaboration and templates
- Weeks 4–6: Google Sheets — fundamentals, then formatting and visualization, then real data analytics
- Week 7: Google Slides — building presentations that actually land
- Week 8: Gmail and Calendar — professional communication and scheduling
- Week 9: Forms and real team workflows across the whole suite
- Week 10: A capstone project, presented live to your tutor
